This policy explains what personal information OpenGrowthFund Asset Management Ltd. ("OpenGrowthFund", "we", "us") collects when you use this website, why we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

  • Account details: your first and last name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), selected investment plan, and your password. Passwords are stored in hashed form, so we cannot read them.
  • Deposit records: the amount, payment method, and the receipt screenshot you upload, along with its review status and any notes added by our team.
  • Withdrawal records: the amount, network, your receiving wallet address, and the request's status and notes.
  • Messages: the name, email address, subject and message you send through our contact form.
  • Technical information: a session cookie that keeps you logged in (see our Cookie Policy), a record of failed login attempts linked to a scrambled form of the email address, and standard server logs such as IP address and browser type kept by our hosting provider.

2. How we use your information

  • To create and secure your account and keep you logged in.
  • To review deposits, process withdrawals and show you your balance and history.
  • To reply to your messages and send service-related communication.
  • To protect the website, including limiting repeated login attempts and investigating misuse.
  • To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations that apply to us.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our agreement with you, our legitimate interest in running a secure service, compliance with legal obligations, or your consent.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with:

  • Hostinger, which provides our website hosting, database, content delivery and email services.
  • Google Fonts and Cloudflare (cdnjs), which deliver the fonts and icons on our pages. Your browser connects to them directly, so they receive your IP address.
  • goQR.me (api.qrserver.com), which generates the QR code for our deposit wallet. It receives our wallet address and, because your browser connects directly, your IP address.
  • Authorities or professional advisers, where the law requires it or where needed to protect our rights or prevent fraud.

Blockchain transactions are public by nature. Transfers you make to or from a wallet address are recorded on that network, and we cannot change or remove them.

4. How long we keep it

We keep account, deposit and withdrawal records while your account is open. When an account is closed we delete these records and uploaded receipts, unless we need to keep some information longer to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute. Failed-login records are removed routinely, normally within a few days.

5. How we protect it

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, secured login sessions and access controls for administrative functions. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us straight away if you think your account has been compromised.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict how we use it, receive a copy of it, or withdraw consent. You may also be able to complain to your local data protection authority. To make a request, email invest@opengrowthfund.com. We may need to confirm your identity first.

7. International transfers

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own, where privacy laws may differ.

8. Age limit

This website is intended only for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
