These terms are an agreement between you and OpenGrowthFund Asset Management Ltd. ("OpenGrowthFund", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using this website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Returns shown on this website, including targets, estimates and calculator results, are not a promise of future results. Past performance does not guarantee future returns. Only invest money you can afford to lose.

1. Who can use this service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for making sure that using this service is allowed where you live. The service is not offered in any place where it would be unlawful.

2. Your account

  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account, so tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised use.
  • Keep to one account per person unless we agree otherwise.

3. Deposits

  • Deposits are made by sending USDT to the wallet address shown on our website, using exactly the network displayed. The minimum deposit is $10.00 USD unless your plan states a higher amount.
  • After sending funds, you must submit your transaction receipt through your dashboard. Our team reviews it manually, and your balance is credited only after approval.
  • Blockchain transfers generally cannot be reversed. Funds sent to the wrong address or on the wrong network may be permanently lost, and we may be unable to recover them.
  • We may reject a deposit submission we cannot verify, and may ask for more information.

4. Withdrawals

  • The minimum withdrawal is $10.00 USD, and you can only request up to your available balance. Amounts in other pending requests are not available.
  • Requests are reviewed manually. Your balance is reduced when a request is approved, and processing times can vary.
  • You are responsible for giving the correct receiving address and network. We cannot recover funds sent to an address you supplied in error.
  • We may delay or decline a request where we need to verify it, suspect fraud or misuse, or are required to by law.

5. Investment plans and returns

Plan descriptions, yields and calculator figures are for information and may change. Market conditions affect results, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome unless a separate written agreement signed by us expressly says otherwise.

6. No personal advice

Information on this website is general and does not take your personal circumstances into account. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Consider getting independent professional advice before investing. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the service for money laundering, fraud or any other unlawful purpose;
  • submit false or altered receipts or information;
  • try to access other people's accounts or interfere with the website's security or operation.

8. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account if these terms are broken, if we suspect fraud or misuse, or if the law requires it. You can ask to close your account by contacting us. Please withdraw any available balance first, because closing an account removes its balance and history from the website.

9. Website content

The content, branding and logo on this website belong to OpenGrowthFund or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Availability

We work to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. Market data shown on the website may be delayed, indicative or illustrative.

11. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, investment or market losses, losses caused by blockchain networks or third-party wallets and services, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, or removes rights you have under consumer law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where OpenGrowthFund Asset Management Ltd. is registered, and disputes will be handled by its courts, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts.
